JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage the OTB planning and forecast process for all category's performance, sales, inventory, receipt and margin goals, and to discuss with country heads
• Partner with regional merchandisers on buying to ensure assortment, seasonal product strategies, and distribution segmentation are inline and to understand the APAC markets well
• Set KPI target and conduct regular business performance analysis and review; to identify the opportunities and gaps for profit maximization to the door level
• Work closely with US demand planning & buying team to develop quarterly assortment plans and monthly product flow in line with merchandises financial plan
• Logistic & Supply Chain forecast to meet the deliver capacity.
• Support the Merchandising, Planning and Allocation Director to devise pricing strategy, recommend price index and maximize gross margins for the region and for each country
• Analysis and forecast business sales trends, then to provide recommendation and implementation strategies to achieve target
• Analyze sell thru, promotional plan, gross margin, AUR, stock turn and SOH, to help drive financial results that maximize sales, inventory and bottom-line profitability
• Analysis end of season markdowns and propose markdown strategies based on inventory and sales analysis by country
• To conduct related reports to provide regular update and insight of the business

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• At least 5 years of solid experience in merchandises buying /planning /product merchandising in fashion retail industry
• APAC exposure and SAP knowledge are plus
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
• Proficient in written and spoken Chinese and English
• Attention to detail with high level of accuracy
