Swissôtel Sydney, part of Accor’s Luxe brands, has an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Night Manager to join the Front Office Department.  

Responsibilities and duties (but not limited to):

• Manage the overall hotel operation on the overnight shift, including emergency situations
• Accurate reporting of the Night Audit function
• Ensure daily Hotel revenue is posted and balanced accurately
• Assume the role of Night Manager in their absence
• Ensure strict safety and security guidelines are followed including after hour access to the hotel

About You

• The ability to work the overnight shift (2300 – 0700) across a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays
• The ability to work both in a team and autonomously
• Exceptional customer service, communication and strong problem solving skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Working knowledge of Property Management System, Opera
• Valid First Aid and Responsible Service of Alcohol qualification
• Valid Driver’s Licence (Automatic and Manual)
