The MSc Programs Office looks after a portfolio of specialized MSc programs at the HKUST Business School, including MSc in Financial Analysis, Financial Technology, Global Operations, Information Systems Management, International Management, and Investment Management. Students for the full-time programs are mainly fresh graduates coming from all over the world while students for the part-time programs are mainly working executives in various industries and functions in the Greater China region or Asia.
The appointee will support all aspects of the program administration and operation of the various MSc programs at the School. His/Her duties include classroom arrangement, course materials preparation, on-site class support to teaching faculty, administrative support to program managers, general support to students, coordination of student enrichment activities, daily office administration work and any other duties as assigned.
The appointee will also support in the marketing/enrichment events and admission process of the various MSc programs. His/Her duties include preparation of marketing collaterals, planning and execution of promotion campaigns, co-ordination of admission events, advising prospective candidates, and managing related activities during the student recruitment and admissions process.
Applicants should either be fresh graduates with a bachelor’s degree, or have a diploma qualification plus at least 2 years of full-time work experience, preferably in the education sector and program administration. The ideal candidate should have a pleasant personality, attention to details, strong ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines, and a problem-solving mindset. He/She should be a good team player but also be able to work independently. He/She should possess good interpersonal, communication and co-ordination skills with good command of written and spoken English and Chinese. He/She should be proficient in using Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and Powerpoint with basic computer knowledge. Working outside normal office hours, during weekends/public holidays and overseas travels is required/expected. (Duration: 2 years, renewable)

Starting salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Fringe benefits including leave, medical and dental benefits will be provided. A gratuity will be payable upon successful completion of contract.
