The appointee will provide administrative support to the Advancement Services Team of the Office. Duties include maintaining website and online platform; managing fundraising systems and donor databases, including SalesForce and CRM; providing logistical support to events and ad-hoc projects; assisting in daily office operation including filing and procurement; liaising with students and departments; and performing other duties as assigned.

Applicants should have at least 5 passes including English (min. Grade C if Syllabus A or level 2 if results were obtained from 2007 onwards) in the HKCEE; or 5 subjects, including English Language, attaining level 2 or above (or equivalent) in the HKDSE with at least 2 years of work experience. The ideal candidate should have proactive work attitude, and good interpersonal, communication and coordination skills. He/She should have a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; proficient in using Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.  Experience in using CRM database and website management will be a strong advantage. (Duration: 2 years, renewable)

Starting salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Fringe benefits including annual leave, medical and dental benefits will be provided.  A gratuity will be payable upon successful completion of contract.
