Responsibilities:

• To prepare accounting entries, process payments, generate bills and other financial transactions
• To assist in preparation of schedules and financial analysis for financial statements, management reports, annual budget, corporate plan and annual business plan
• To assist in the maintenance of various data sets for financial analysis and production of dashboards
• To assist in document management and perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or equivalent
• Knowledge in SunSystems or other similar financial system preferred
• Good computer knowledge in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Chinese Input
