The appointee will provide all-round administrative support to the programs (including the Undergraduate Research Opportunities Program) led by the Office. Duties include providing assistance in the planning and implementation of program logistics, marketing activities and project- related functions; liaison with internal offices and external/overseas partner institutions; daily office administrative work and any other duties as assigned.  Working outside normal office hours is occasionally required.

Applicants should have a bachelor's degree with an excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese. He/She should have a service-oriented mindset; good organizational skills; attentive to details and a responsible and proactive personality.  Previous work experience in office administration, student affairs, organization of campus events and/or research grants management in an education institution will be an advantage. (Duration: 2 years, renewable)

Starting salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Fringe benefits including annual leave, medical and dental benefits will be provided.  A gratuity will be payable upon successful completion of contract.
