What You'll Do
Responsible for all leasing activities including new lettings, renewals, market research, budget preparation, tenancy liaison, tenancy administration for residential properties.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- To handle new lettings and renewal cases
- Prepare and review leasing documents and contracts
- Coordination on fitting-out works, takeover/handover of premises
- Conduct market research and budget preparation
- Cold call and direct marketing
- Assist in ad hoc project assigned by supervisors

Report to Deputy Director, Leasing and work with Leasing and other HO’s supporting teams

- Business Expertise: Has understanding of the market, legal requirements and competitors' practices.
- Problem Solving: Use own expertise and judgement to define and solve complex problems.
- Nature & Area of Impact: Assist supervisor to develop, manage and execute leasing and marketing strategies.
- Interactions / Interpersonal Skills: Interact with tenants / consultants / agents for the leasing business arrangements. Communicate with legal team for any leasing issues. Interact with Department Heads and colleagues for various Departments internally.
Requirements
- Degree holder in Marketing or other relevant disciplines
- At least 2 years’ relevant working experience
- Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
