Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide daily administration, human resources and secretarial support
- Handle full spectrum of administration work including daily procurement, ordering office supplies, inventory control, repair and maintenance, office safety and security
- Assist in human resources functions, including recruitment, new hire orientation, staff benefit administration, company events and activities
- Maintain accurate staff information, leave and overtime records
- Work closely with departments to provide membership administration services, including handling of enquiries and complaints, membership recruitment and renewal, inputting and maintaining programme enrollment record
- Coordinate and prepare documents for meetings with various Committees
- Assist in company events and activities
- Perform other duties assigned by supervisor
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in any disciplines
- Basic computer skills especially on data entry and email usage
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in dealing with all levels of people
- Independent to work under pressure, detail minded with good organisational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks
- Highly self-motivated
- Well-versed in Windows applications, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Fresh Graduates are welcomed
