Job Description
Responsibilities
- Identify options for potential solutions (especially for new customer with time constraint factor) and assess them for both operational and business suitability
- Communicate the operation workflow and requirements to new customer, logistics team & IT services team
- Prepare project plan and standard operation procedure;
- Monitor the project progress and coordinate with relevant parties
- Cope with change request to ensure operational compatibility and user satisfaction during the implementation stage
- Maintain and transfer knowledge from project to project on workflow modeling
Requirements
- Degree in Logistics or related disciplines with minimum 2 years' related working experience in logistics industry
- Knowledge on Project Management Professional (PMP) is definitely an advantage
- Able to work independently with analytical mind in a fast pace industry, demonstrate good presentation and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese word processing
- Excellent command of both written & spoken English and Chinese, including Mandarin
