Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Provide front line reception services by handling and routing phone calls timely and professionally, receiving and dispatching deliveries, greeting visitors courteously and maintaining visitor register
- Manage the conference room booking system, and prepare regular reports and maintain records of room booking
- Provide administrative support and relief cover for other members to ensure continuity of support for reception services
Requirements
- University degree in hospitality, business administration or related disciplines preferred
- At least 1 year of solid experience (for Assistant Officer) or less experience (for Receptionist) in handling reception or administrative duties
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Good communication, time-management and organisational skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Willing to work overtime as and when required
