Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide front line reception services by handling and routing phone calls timely and professionally, receiving and dispatching deliveries, greeting visitors courteously and maintaining visitor register
  • Manage the conference room booking system, and prepare regular reports and maintain records of room booking
  • Provide administrative support and relief cover for other members to ensure continuity of support for reception services

Requirements

  • University degree in hospitality, business administration or related disciplines preferred
  • At least 1 year of solid experience (for Assistant Officer) or less experience (for Receptionist) in handling reception or administrative duties
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Good communication, time-management and organisational skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Willing to work overtime as and when required
