Job Description

Responsibilities: 

  • Supervise the Customer Services team to deliver excellent service and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, respond to customers’ enquiries and requests  
  • Liaise with internal and external parties regarding operation issues
  • Provide administrative and reporting support to the Department
  • Perform any other duties as assigned

Requirements: 

  • Higher Diploma or above in Logistics, Supply Chain or related disciplines with minimum 3 years of relevant experience; in supervisory level and can lead a small team
  • Customer-oriented, attentive to details, demonstrate good communications and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
  • Good command of both written & spoken English and Chinese, including Mandarin
