Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Supervise the Customer Services team to deliver excellent service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, respond to customers’ enquiries and requests
- Liaise with internal and external parties regarding operation issues
- Provide administrative and reporting support to the Department
- Perform any other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or above in Logistics, Supply Chain or related disciplines with minimum 3 years of relevant experience; in supervisory level and can lead a small team
- Customer-oriented, attentive to details, demonstrate good communications and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
- Good command of both written & spoken English and Chinese, including Mandarin
