Responsibilities:

• Coordinate & supervise daily operations (e.g. sales processes, orders and payments)
• Monitor all inbound / outbound shipments to meet shipment deadline and meet KPI of order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
• Track the progress of monthly, quarterly and annual objectives
• Monitor and maintain stock inventory
• Evaluate employee performance and identify hiring and training needs
• Handling budget and sales forecast
• Take lead in control and monitor logistics cost in a competitive level with forwarders
• Handle customers enquiries, sales quotation and deal with complaints
• Prepare reports, analyze and interpret sales data, like revenues, expenses and growth
• Completing tasks assigned by the management accurately and efficiently

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree, post graduate diploma or professional degree in Logistics / Freight Forwarding
• 3-5 years of experience in the freight & logistics industry
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in process review and documentation of processes
• Good command of English and Chinese and Mandarin
• Immediate available is preferred
