Are you a stickler for getting things right? Do you know how to bring out the best in people? We’re looking for someone like that to serve as deputy to the Operations Manager who can:
• train and manage operational support staff as well as field support staff
• deal with operations-related client issues and knowing when to escalate
• oversee the operational risk and audit process
• review and approve funds received and disbursed
• work with the operations trading team
• oversee securities received and disbursed
• monitor and manage operational costs
