Job Duties:

• Lead the team for daily air-freight operations including rate offering, shipment, booking and follow-up;
• Co-ordinate with sub-contractor transportation team for daily cargo pick up & delivery;
• Lead the team to handle air-freight documents and operation, day-to-day contact with customer and communication with overseas agents / partners for smooth operations;

• Work closely with customers for operations arrangement and necessary documents;
• Work closely with internal China Offices for air-freight co-ordination if air cargo will be uplifted in Hong Kong;
• Keep constant contact with airlines and/or master co-loaders for competitive air rate and services consistency;
• Quote rate and services overseas agents, customers and internal offices;
• To perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

• F.5 graduates or above;
• Holding DGR/DGA certificate and knowledge on RA report organization;
• 10 years work experience for air-freight hand-on operations and documentation;
• Good in English, Chinese and Mandarin;
• Good interpersonal and communication skills;
• Willing to work overtime due to air-freight business nature
