Assistant Operations Manager, Trade Services (Banking/Bills operations/Import)

Our Client, a sizable local bank is looking for a high caliber candidates join their elite team due to business expansion.

Responsibilities:

• Supervising Import bills and/or Advance against Receivables activities
• Ensures efficient processing of transactions, fulfillment of servicing standard and provision of quality services
• Final checker of import bills documents and ensures the consistency of documents examination standard among checkers
• Ensures that the practice and procedures stated in relative manual have been strictly followed during the course of transaction processing

Requirement:

• Secondary education or above with 7 years’ experience in bills operations
• Holder of CDCS will be an advantage
• Proficient in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Chinese
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Manager
