It is conveniently located in the city centre within minutes from the Guangzhou-Foshan Subway station. All 232 guest rooms and suites from the 38th to 49th floor of the tower are equipped with an intimate atmosphere and attentive service.

POSITION: Assistant Restaurant Manager

Reporting and responsible for assisting the Outlet Manager in managing the day to day operations . According to e fficient and flexible service consistent with Swissotel Foshan Standards Policies & Procedures in order to maximize guest satisfaction.

The main responsibilities and tasks of this position are as listed below, but not limited to these:

• Responsible for the normal operation and maintenance electricity rooms and machinery rooms .

• Responsible to monitor switching equipment function strictly based on switching operation rules. Follow related rules about on-duty, relief of shifts and issue forth in switching house. Forbid irrelated person’s entering switching house to insure switching equipment functions safely .

• Is knowledgeable about the Food and Beverage and Hotel Product .

• Deal effectively with guests and workplace colleagues from a variety of cultures;

We are looking for a candidate with right attitude, who is a team player and can work well under pressure. In addition, he/she should possess:

• Coordinates and supervises the work of subordinates, assists in the preparation of the schedule to ensure there is an adequate number of staff on duty and submits for approval .

• Assists in the identification of training needs and the development of a training plan. Implements the training activities and assists in the follow up to ensure compliance and their effectiveness .

• Responsible for maintaining inventory of all banquet supplies.
