CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Follow up daily order status, handle customer complaints, and follow up customer special requirements.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure production reliability, flexibility, and the achievement of various important indicators.
• Analyze the order structure and characteristics of important customers, and provide more flexible and high-quality products and services.
• Analyze the problems or potential problems that caused the delay in delivery and coordinate improvement actions.
• Provide regular analysis reports.

WHAT WE WILL BE LOOKING FOR IN YOU:

• College degree or above.
• Good English reading and writing skills.
• Computer technology: proficient in using office software such as Office, ERP/MRP experience is preferred.
• 2 years or more of relevant production planning work experience.
• Have strong learning ability and be good at adapting to changes.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Have a certain degree of stress resistance.
