Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Assist in full spectrum of HR functions including 70% in C&B and 30% in recruitment (Strong in Payroll MUST)
- Responsible for C&B matters such as payroll calculation, staff movement, MPF administration and tax returns
- Monitor and update staff leave records and attendance records
- Compile regular HR related statistics and reports
- Responsible for frontline recruitment and selection functions
- Participate in out-door recruitment activities is required
- Maintain employee data in HR System and ensure all records are up-to-date and accurate
- Provide daily support to HR department
- Ad-hoc duties assigned by senior
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Business Administration or Human Resources Management
- 5 years+ solid experience in C&B areas, preferably in F&B industry or retail MUST
- Good knowledge of Labour Ordinance
- High sense of responsibility, detail-minded, well organized and able to work independently
- Good in communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in MS Office including Word, Excel and Chinese word processing
- Good spoken and written in Chinese and English
- Immediate available is highly preferred
