Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in full spectrum of HR functions including 70% in C&B and 30% in recruitment (Strong in Payroll MUST)
  • Responsible for C&B matters such as payroll calculation, staff movement, MPF administration and tax returns
  • Monitor and update staff leave records and attendance records
  • Compile regular HR related statistics and reports
  • Responsible for frontline recruitment and selection functions
  • Participate in out-door recruitment activities is required
  • Maintain employee data in HR System and ensure all records are up-to-date and accurate
  • Provide daily support to HR department
  • Ad-hoc duties assigned by senior

 

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Business Administration or Human Resources Management
  • 5 years+ solid experience in C&B areas, preferably in F&B industry or retail MUST
  • Good knowledge of Labour Ordinance
  • High sense of responsibility, detail-minded, well organized and able to work independently
  • Good in communication and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office including Word, Excel and Chinese word processing
  • Good spoken and written in Chinese and English
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
