Responsibilities:

• Monitor and enhance the operations of production plant
• Supervise and advise plant staff regarding the process of production
• Maintain ISO and IMS systems
• Ensure that adequate records of operation team are maintained to provide the necessary statistics for management reports and in compliance with manual and procedures
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• At least 5 years’ relevant working experiences
• Knowledge in ready-mixed concrete
• Holder of driving license is preferred
• Good leadership and communication skills
• Able to work under pressure and work in a team
• Immediate availability is preferred

Candidates with less experiences will be considered as Assistant Plant Supervisor.
