Job Description

Responsibilities: -

  • Develop and implement of Global Indirect Material & Services procurement strategies and policies in support to the overall Global Procurement function
  • Liaise and negotiate with suppliers regarding contract and purchase orders for CAPEX procurement within budget, as well as ensure meeting the quality and project timeline
  • Source and establish network with new and capable suppliers for indirect material & services
  • Maintain Vendor Management with designated KPI under Company Policy & Procedure, ISO, HACCP, GMP and regulatory & standards
  • Work closely with cross functional teams in achieving customers' requirements
  • Analyze procurement needs and develop strategies for procurement and contracting
  • Prepare information on purchase prices and conditions to enable proper budgeting, cash forecasting and forecast variance analysis as needed
  • Drive supplier quality and responsible for sourcing audit to compliance with the company requirements
  • Maintain the procurement reporting and system
  • Handle ad hoc projects as assigned

 

Requirements: -

  • Degree in Supply Chain, Food Science, Engineering or related disciplines
  • Minimum 5 years working experience, preferably experience in CAPEX Procurement, with at least 3 years in management position
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize appropriately and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • High standard of integrity
  • Strong communication, negotiation, analytical skills and negotiation skills
  • Good team player, self-initiative and strong sense of responsibility
  • Experience with ERP system, SAP is preferred
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
  • Good spoken in English and Chinese Language (both Cantonese and Putonghua)
  • Willing to travel
