• Formulate, document and execute regional Sourcing Strategies, cost forecasts, and negotiation plans.

•  Use RFIs/RFPs, leveraging, and benchmarking to deliver business results and competitive advantage.

•  Analyze suppliers and markets to identify trends, opportunities for marketplace advantage, and new ideas for products, processes and services.

•  Develop and maintain appropriate and productive supplier relationships. 

•  Represent Purchasing on cross-functional teams.

•  Establish and execute pertinent written requirements.

•  Gather information about competitors’ material, technologies, supply base, sourcing strategies, etc. to benchmark competitors’ costs, services, etc.

• Manufacturing facility point-of-contact.

• 5 years procurement experience 

• Fluent in both English and Mandarine.    

• Familiarity with label/ tape/films (PVC) will be preferred.
