The successful candidate will assist in the procurement of supplies for the Bel-Air operation, including but not limiting to landscaping supplies, tools for management services and food and beverage supplies. S/he will be responsible for quotation centralization, bulk purchasing of regularly used materials/supplies, and periodic review on price competitiveness of approved contractors.  S/he will also assist in administrative duties in relation to compliance and internal control duties. 

Requirements

• Diploma or above in Business Administration, Procurement Management or related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in procurement, preferably in property management industry
• Strong communications, interpersonal skills and proficient in MS Office applications
• Detail oriented, able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Procurement Assistant
