Responsibilities

• Lead product and marketing team to develop and execute the business strategy
• Assist to grow Business Video (BV) business and enrich the BV product portfolios to meet customer needs on digital transformation
• Formulate and execute strategic business plan to maximise the business opportunities and meet the assigned targets / KPIs
• Explore and develop new solutions and business models based on industry/technology trend and customer needs
• Drive solution development and establish an ecosystem with analytics and Artificial Intelligence vendors to differentiate our service offerings
• Manage marketing activities across different sales channels and lead the virtual team including designated members from pre-sales & sales teams to implement the planned sales and marketing initiatives to achieve results
• Proactively collect customer feedback and provide continuous support to ensure high customer satisfaction

• Degree holder of Engineering or Business or Information Systems or related discipline
• A minimum of 10 years’ solid sales / marketing / product management experience, preferably with relevant experience in Business Video / Analytics systems
• Strong business acumen with ability to grasp the business opportunities and drive the team to meet the targets
• Good leadership and people management skills with strong project management skills
• Mature, aggressive & result-oriented with excellent negotiation, interpersonal and communication skills, especially exposure in managing senior executive level
• High proficiency in both spoken and written English / Chinese
