Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in establishing, implementing production schedule to ensure smooth operation
• Responsible for training to PD staff to ensure them possessing sufficient capability to handle their job duties
• Assist the Production Manager in developing, implementing and maintaining the documentation system, including the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Batch Production Records
• Assist in monitoring the calibration & maintenance program of production equipment and facility
• Ensure qualification & validation activities are performed as per prescribed schedules
• Monitor performance of production staff and ensure GMP requirements of all on-going activities is fully complied
• Review and monitor production plan of materials, and to assist in the daily work of production staff
• To perform the daily operation and ad-hoc functions of Production Department    
• 6 day work week

Job requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Pharmacy, Chemistry / Biology or other Science related discipline
• Minimum 2 years or above working experience in relevant industry preferable in sizable pharmaceutical company
• Familiar with various pharmaceutical manufacturing process and technology
• Working experience in TCM GMP and Registered Authorized Person is an advantage
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Putonghua)
• Able to work under pressure and willing to work overtime
• Positive thinking and proactive, fast learner; as a good team player
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Immediate available is highly preferable
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Production Officer
