Major Duties and Responsibilities
The appointee shall mainly be responsible for the following:

• Undertaking programme / course planning, development, coordination and delivery (including classroom, laboratory class and field-based teaching); (for Assistant Professor)
• Providing assistance in the course planning, development, coordination and delivery (including classroom, laboratory class and field-based teaching) in related disciplines; (for Lecturer/Assistant Lecturer)
• Engaging in scholarly activities; and
• Participating in School/University activities and administration.

Requirements
Applicants are expected to possess the following qualifications, experience and attributes:

• An earned doctorate in Ecology/ Environmental Science / Environmental Engineering or a related discipline;
• Relevant teaching or industrial experience (especially experience in field–based teaching);
• A record of research and peer-reviewed publications, involvement in professional and community activities are required; (for Assistant Professor) and
• A good command of English and Chinese (preferably including Putonghua).

Compensation Package
Competitive compensation package including basic salary, end-of-contract gratuity and discretionary incentive (if any) will be provided to the right candidate.
