Major Duties and Responsibilities
The appointee shall mainly be responsible for the following:
- Undertaking programme / course planning, development, coordination and delivery (including classroom, laboratory class and field-based teaching); (for Assistant Professor)
- Providing assistance in the course planning, development, coordination and delivery (including classroom, laboratory class and field-based teaching) in related disciplines; (for Lecturer/Assistant Lecturer)
- Engaging in scholarly activities; and
- Participating in School/University activities and administration.
Requirements
Applicants are expected to possess the following qualifications, experience and attributes:
- An earned doctorate in Ecology/ Environmental Science / Environmental Engineering or a related discipline;
- Relevant teaching or industrial experience (especially experience in field–based teaching);
- A record of research and peer-reviewed publications, involvement in professional and community activities are required; (for Assistant Professor) and
- A good command of English and Chinese (preferably including Putonghua).
[Candidates with less qualifications and/or experience may be considered at the level of Lecturer or Assistant Lecturer.]

Compensation Package
Competitive compensation package including basic salary, end-of-contract gratuity and discretionary incentive (if any) will be provided to the right candidate.
