Key job duties:
- Develop the strategy and development plan of the youth programme based on community needs
- Propose initiatives to improve service quality and respond to the needs of the community
- Responsible for the design, monitoring and evaluation of the youth programme
- Responsible for proposal writing and report writing. Also oversee financial management of the youth programme
- Lead the staff in youth team. Also provide training and coaching to the staff in the team
- Connect with relevant stakeholders and form collaborations with other professional parties to attain synergy in services
We are seeking candidates who are/have
- Bachelor Degree in social work, social science, counselling, or education and promotion backgrounds
- At least 5-years' experience in providing human services to diverse communities
- At least 3-years' supervisory experience, with people management and programme management
- Experience and passion in youth work is an asset
- Fluent in English, Cantonese. Mandarin a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office operations. Excel and data analysis are advantages
- Good presentation and communication skills, team building and leadership
- Open minded, a good team leader, and be able to form collaborations among various stakeholders
- Able to handle confrontation and difficult scenarios in interpersonal interaction
- More experienced candidate may be considered as Programme Manager
