Key job duties:

1. Develop the strategy and development plan of the youth programme based on community needs
2. Propose initiatives to improve service quality and respond to the needs of the community
3. Responsible for the design, monitoring and evaluation of the youth programme
4. Responsible for proposal writing and report writing. Also oversee financial management of the youth programme
5. Lead the staff in youth team. Also provide training and coaching to the staff in the team
6. Connect with relevant stakeholders and form collaborations with other professional parties to attain synergy in services                 

We are seeking candidates who are/have

• Bachelor Degree in social work, social science, counselling, or education and promotion backgrounds
• At least 5-years' experience in providing human services to diverse communities
• At least 3-years' supervisory experience, with people management and programme management
• Experience and passion in youth work is an asset
• Fluent in English, Cantonese. Mandarin a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office operations. Excel and data analysis are advantages
• Good presentation and communication skills, team building and leadership
• Open minded, a good team leader, and be able to form collaborations among various stakeholders
• Able to handle confrontation and difficult scenarios in interpersonal interaction
• More experienced candidate may be considered as Programme Manager
