Responsibilities:
+ Involve in project financial management for international and Hong Kong projects

+ Monitor project performance and participate in project review and control.

+ Support in monthly closing activities and compliance review

+ Ensure that company policy and risk management procedures are understood and implemented.

+ Prepare management/financial reporting and business analysis.

+ Ensure financial policies, procedures and processes are properly adhered to.

+ Assist internal project managers to review and manage project financial directly on a timely, accurate and efficient manner.

+ Enforce ethic & compliance policy including 3rd Party payment, Sub-consultancy engagement process (SCCS) and Gift and Entertainment policy (GEAS)

+ Ad-hoc assignments as and when required

Minimum Requirements

+ University Degree

+ 1-2-year working experience in MNC environment / audit experience in Big 4 CPA firm preferred.

+ Fresh graduate will also consider.

+ Advanced skill in MS Excel and PowerPoint is preferred

+ Self-motivated, proactive, responsible, good team player, able to work in matrix organization

+ Good communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
