Job Description
Handle the multiple tasks for Project Department
Assist to handle the documentation of the project
Liaise with different department to coordinate the project state
Assist Project Department to coordinate the project schedule
Report to Project Manager of the project updates periodically
Occasional business travel to China will be required
Requirements
High Diploma or above in any discipline
Good communication and writing skill in English, Chinese and Putonghua
Good computer literacy & well-versed in MS Office
Able to handle multiple task simultaneously and work under tight deadline
Experience in coordinating projects and overall project scheduling will be an advantage
Strong planning & organizing ability with good problem solving skill
Must be able to work independently and with cross-functional team
