Job Description

Major Responsibilities and Objectives:

  • Prepare accurate and timely financial analysis of the PRC consolidated monthly results, quarterly forecasting and yearly budgeting;
  • Act as Project Manager in managing special projects or ad hoc assignments through proper planning, constant and timely communication and collaboration with respective local finance teams and cross-functional departments. Update the progress and adjust the plan as necessary;
  • Review business model of potential projects and provide financial and taxation advice as necessary;
  • Coordinate with eServices team, and local finance teams on the roll-out or enhancement of the finance or business system;
  • Assist Director, Finance (Mainland China) in developing the finance policies and procedures of the new projects and standardizing the reporting and procedures across the local finance teams;
  • Keep up with the latest accounting standards. Provide timely support to the local finance teams as necessary;
  • Coordinate the monthly PRC finance meeting;


Skills, Qualifications and Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree or above in Accounting or related discipline
  • With minimum 5 years' working experiences in accounting job related;
  • Certified of CICPA or other relevant professional bodies required;
  • Experience in a Big 4 firm and/or property industry would be an advantage;
  • Excellent PC knowledge in Windows, MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint; Knowledge on JDE will be a plus;
  • Good interpersonal, communication and coordination skills;
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision;
  • Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese;
