Salary:$16,000 – 18,000 2 years experience
Working Hours:10am - 7pm,5 days / week flexibility required
Reporting to: Kevin Chan, Project Manager
Responsibilities
You will work alongside our account managers, designers and production facilities and report directly to the Senior Project Manager. You will be responsible for the planning and day to day management of major international projects for leading brands from the production to the installation.
The role is client facing and encompasses all aspects of managing projects. It requires a confident, self-motivated individual with excellent attention to detail.
A background in interior design, shop-fitting or construction would be a distinct advantage.
- Assisting with the development of technical specifications and sourcing sample materials.
- Assisting quality control in factories in China, or elsewhere in Asia, throughout the production process.
- Doing site measuring work
- Doing paper work as job report & permit application
- Debrief designer on technical drawing
- Overnighton site installation
- Liaising with local authorities to gain clearance on health, safety and security matters for transportation and delivery.
- Travel across Asia Pacific Region.
Skills Required
- 2 years of relevant work experience (project management, event management).
- Willing to learn & can work under high pressure.
- Strong attention to detail coupled with the ability to manage several projects at once.
- A high degree of energy and flexibility (required to work overnight or abroad on some projects).
- Ability to work both in a team and independently.
- Well organization on projects.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office.
- Proficient in English and Mandarin
Our Company will provide 20 days annual leave and double pay end of the year.
