ü Manage and coordinate the implementation of the shop construction engineering process;

ü Time schedule management to make sure the store can be opened on time;

ü Site inspection, shop construction planning process coordination and implementation with all relevant parties;

ü Coordinate and collection of planning documents related to store opening;

ü Management and coordination of all technical, functional and design elements of project management with store design team;

ü Local architect and general contractor management;

ü Supervision during project closure;

ü Project handover and feedback;

ü Post opening punch list definition and follow up;

ü The ability to communicate with local landlords to well understand of each construction policy & rules, and flexibility to work with that;

ü Coordinate with stores to follow up the stores daily maintenance issues, including maintenance follow up, quotation review, and maintenance report of each case;

ü The ability to do the store maintenance training for the store staff;
