Job Description

Job Duties:

1. Assistant to Project Manager managing large scale software development project, including project planning, task & resource tracking, document & reporting progress.

2. Follow up & close PMO action items by collaboration with both onsite & remote team member.

3. Support PM to manage project progress, project financial & prepare progress report.

4. Support PM to handle customer communication about project progress, issues or escalations.


Experience:

1. Prior experience of project management, test management, QA manager or similar role in a software development project.

2. Comprehensive knowledge of software development methodology, testing methodology, QA methodology

3. Experience working in a team-oriented collaborative environment (onsite & remote). Experience leading a team of 10 or more individuals

4. Good communication skill, proactive working attitude, self-motivated, result-oriented & with attention to details

5. Proficiency oral and written communication skills in English is a MUST

6. MES, equipment Automation experience in Semiconductor industry is a plus


Education:

1. BS in Computer Science or related technical discipline (or equivalent knowledge)

2. MS in Computer Science (or related technical discipline or equivalent knowledge).
