Primary purpose of role：

1. To ensure the achievement of Costa new store design and construction standard

2. To ensure the new store construction on quality on schedule

3. To control the new store investment capex

4. To ensure the new store opening on time

5. To control the project risk

Key Accountabilities:

1． Conduct the site survey of pre-selected location on construction conditions.

2． Hold the design clarification meeting and site kick-off meeting with all related contractor, agency and supplier.

3． Work with external Quantity Surveyor Company to prepare detailed project budget.

4. Coordinate all related contractor and supplier to make sure the project is satisfactorily completed within the schedule.

5. Hold the handover with Operations team and prepare the punch list to make sure all the defects are recorded and tracked until fully rectified.

6. Responsible for the award of Fire Certificate.

7. Overall manage and coordinate all issues relating to the store opening.
