One of the leading Developers is currently seeking Assistant Project Manager to assist with their Mixed-Use buildings on their project team.

To be a successful candidate you should possess the following key skills:

• Degree in Architecture or equivalent
• 6+ years working experience with Developers overseeing Retail, Shopping Mall and Commercial projects in Hong Kong
• Reporting to the Director of Projects, you will be responsible with overseeing projects from inception to completion and coordination with clients, vendors, and contractors
• Good communication skill in Chinese and English
• Those immediately available will be highly preferred
