Our top-tier clients, leading property developer, is looking for an experienced and passionate project manager to drive and lead the upcoming projects in Hong Kong region.

As a project manager, you will be working closely with Director of architecture monitoring the projects in the stages of concept, schematic, detailed-design, and construction. Strong leadership, design co-ordination, as well as excellent management skills with commercial sense are the keys for the position. You are responsible to make sure the projects in high quality and within the time frame.

To be a successful candidate you will have at least 10 years of work experience holding professional qualification license – HKIA/RIBA. Furthermore, you will be highly considered if you acquire professional recognition AP (List of architects). You will also show initiative, enthusiasm, be able to work independently and within a team environment.
