Responsibilities

• Responsible for the overall planning, implementation and quality control of sizeable composite developments.
• Co-ordinate project activities and requirements with consultants to achieve deliverables of the highest quality.
• Authorized Person (Architect) or member of The Hong Kong Institute of Architects / Royal Institute of British Architects or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of experience in handling sizeable property development projects with property developers or consultant firms and liaison with Government Authorities
• A result-oriented person with a passion for excellence, high level of initiative and strong sense of responsibility
• Must have uncompromising integrity with good project management and supervisory skills to coordinate the work and communicate with all stakeholders, including project consultants and contractors
• Involve in providing project management services during the construction stage, including cost control, quality inspection and programme management
• Coordinate and work closely with relevant stakeholders, such as government authorities, internal teams, consultancies and contractors

Requirements & qualifications

• Degree holder in Architecture or equivalent
• Candidate with Authorized Person qualification is highly preferred
• Possess professional architectural qualification of recognized institute (e.g. HKIA/RIBA/RA) is required
• At least 5 years of experience involving in design or project management, experience in luxurious hospitality and residential A&A and new building project exposure is required
• Candidate with client side experience is preferred
• Flexible, detail-minded, energetic as well as having excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership, planning and management skills with an analytical mind
• Fluent spoken and written Cantonese and English is a must
