Our client is one of the most highly regarded institutions in Hong Kong with a reputation for providing high-class facilities to its limited and exclusive membership. Reporting to the Project Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for the oversight of the interior fitting out and A&A works for commercial and hospitality projects in Hong Kong.

Working within a small and highly talented team, you will manage the design and construction phase of several commercial developments. Specifically, you will set design briefs for consultants and designers. Managing the design process and creative design work, your role will require you to coordinate activities of the project management team and the design consultants.

You should possess:

• Degree qualified in Architecture or Interior Design with relevant professional accreditations
• 6 or more years of experience with significant exposure to hospitality and commercial projects from consultancies or developers
• A strong understanding of the design and planning development process
• Strong commercial acumen paired with excellent relationship managing skills
• Fluency in both English and Cantonese
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
