Assistant Project Manager

• Degree holder in Architecture, Interior Design, Building Studies or related disciplines
• Minimum 3 Years of experience in handling fitting out / A&A projects
• INITIATIVE, PROACTIVE and with strong sense of RESPONSIBILITY
• Strong in contract administration
• Good team player and experienced in managing a team for execution of project
• Technically competent in detail design and knowledgeable in construction detail and work sequence
• Good in English and Mandarin

Project Coordinator:

• INITIATIVE, PROACTIVE and with strong sense of RESPONSIBILITY
• Minimum 2 years for relevant experience
• Proficient in ACAD drafting
• Knowledgeable in construction details and work sequence
• Good command in English and Mandarin
• Capacity of TCP1 and Safety Supervisor is a merit
