Our client is a renowned property developer with a set of iconic project development in Hong Kong. Due to upcoming new project, we are assisting our client to look for (Assistant) Project Manager to lead the project development for its team expansion.

Qualified candidate will need to handle new residential/commercial development running by Group and responsible for:

• Planning, execution and construction supervision
• Liaise and collaborate with government authorities, consultants, contractors and internal departments.
• Overseeing progress, quality and budgetary control
• Experienced in end-to-end project delivery of large-scaled residential & commercial development projects in Hong Kong.
• Familiar with building ordinance as well as full-spectrum project delivery

To fit this role, the following requirements are needed:

• Master’s degree in Architectural or related disciplines with 3 years post qualification experience
• At least 7 years' architectural practices involving in residential/commercial mixed-use projects in Hong Kong
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
