 6 Day Work

Working location: Yuen Long

 Job Responsibilities:

• Monitor projects on site in accordance with Department Head’s Budget Plan.
• Coordinate with main contractor or workers on site
• Monitor scaffolding workmanship on site
• Conduct regular site inspection and issuing Form 5
• Arrange material and logistic to and from site
• Control the productivity and monitor the progress of the projects
• Report to Department Head on regular basis

• Coordinate with Engineer about the Structural Calculation.

 Requirements:

• 3-5 years or above experience in scaffolding/ construction field
• Proven team leadership and contractual awareness
• Excellent planning and organizing skills
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Good communication skills
• Familiar with technical and structural drawings
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Project Manager
