Our client is a medium sized Hong Kong developer with diversified assets across mainly Hong Kong and China. They are now looking for an Assistant Project Manager to take care their residential portfolio in Hong Kong.

Job Descriptions:

• Responsible for planning, executing and managing various types of the residential projects
• Monitor project progress to ensure it is completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality and safety standards;
• Manage performance of all consultancies, contractors, and other external vendors;
• Conduct feasibility studies, technical due diligence studies;
• Perform ad-hoc duties as when required

Requirements:

• Degree in Architectural studies/ Building Surveying or other relevant disciplines
• HKIA or other professional qualification is preferred 
• At least 6 years’ relevant working experience in overseeing residential development projects in HK
• Good command of both spoken and written English , Chinese and Mandarin;
• Excellent project management, communication and interpersonal skills;
