Qualification & Requirement:

• Higher Diploma or above in Building Services or Mechanical discipline major in HVAC.
• No less than 10 years of extensive experience in building services and HVAC installation under contracting environment with hand on involvement and leading in technical and site management.
• Good technical knowledge and practical exposure in HVAC, capable of working independently with good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Assist the Project Manager for project execution with responsibility to deal with external parties and to manage the project team for overall project progress.
• Good command of written English and Chinese and fluent in English and Cantonese.
• With a high sense of responsibility, good communication, organizational and time management skills.
• One Year Contract Basis.

Candidate with less experience will be considered as “Senior Engineer” or "Project Engineer" or "Engineer".
