One of Main contractor and engineering company, we are looking for :

(Assistant) Project Manager/Site Agent/Senior Project Engineer
( NEW Building projects)

5 days work only
5 days - 39-48K - Main Con

• Salary depends on your experience
• we prefer the candidates had working exp. in Consultancy firm but not a must
• Degree holder is a must
• have exp in A&A or new building projects in Main/Sub contractor
• More experience,will be considered as APM / Project Manager
  

Responsibilities

• Responsible for overall coordination and management of construction projects including progress, quality control.
• Assist Senior Management to manage progress monitoring, contractual & costs and safety issues, etc.
• Co-ordinate with external consultants and internal Departments in solving project issues
• Manage subcontractors to complete the project on time with satisfied workmanship
• Monitor site labour, materials and plant resources to ensure to meet the programme

Qualification & Experience

• Degree holder in Building / Construction Engineering or related disciplines
• Minimum 8 years' experience preferably gained from a main contractor or Consultancy firm
  
• Good understand of the Building Department's regulations is a must
• Experienced in ASD or government's building projects, this is an advantage
• Work on site and solve all the problem on site. Assist Project Director to handle all on site matters, documents, reporting, projects management and meeting and etc.
