A leading Developer is currently seeking an Assistant Project Manager/Senior Engineer to expand and grow their business in Asia.

To be a successful candidate you should possess the following key skills: 

• Diploma and above in Civil, Structural or Building Engineering or relevant
• With 6+ years’ experience in project management, planning, design coordination from inception to completion with Residential and Commercial projects in Hong Kong
• Responsible A&A works, design development, coordination, progress updates, statutory requirements, budget reviews with strong problem-solving skills
• Corporate Membership of HKIE or MICE
• Should be fluent in written and spoken Chinese and English
