Job Description
In this role, you will:
- Assist team in handling the interior design proposal;
- Tendering documents and Schedule of Rates are required to prepare;
- Monitoring the site progress and project costing;
- Liaise with internal and external parties on project matters.
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
- Higher Diploma in Interior Design/Building Studies/Project Management;
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in sizeable organizations and hands-on experience in interior design is an advantage;
- Good computer skills including Autocad, Sketch Up, MS Office, Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
- Good interpersonal skills and be able to communicate with all levels of staff;
- Good command of spoken and written English.
