Job Responsibilities:

The incumbent will be responsible for overall management of a mixed portfolio of commercial, industrial and luxury residential properties. He / She has to manage and supervise a team to maintain high level of daily operations and handle customer enquiries / complaints.

He / She has also to provide all-round support to Incorporated Owners in monitoring building security, cleansing and maintenance service and attend owners meeting periodically.

Job Requirements:

• Degree / Professional Diploma in Housing Management / Real Estate / Surveying;
• Professional membership of CIHCM / MHKIH/ MHKIS / RPHM or equivalent;
• 3 years or above solid experience in managing mixed portfolio of properties;
• Strong in leadership, communication and interpersonal skills;
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese;
• Conversant with the DMC / BMO and related ordinances;
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Property Manager.
