• Holder of Degree / Diploma in Property Management or related disciplines;
• Member of CIH / HKIH / Registered Professional Housing Manager or other related professional qualification is preferred;
• 5 years' solid experience in property management
• Mature and willing to learn; self initiative and outgoing
• Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing.
• Experience in participating in major renovation projects of properties preferable
• Immediate available is preferable
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Property Manager
• Candidates with less experience may be considered as Senior Property Officer
