Our client is one of the top tier Developers in Hong Kong. They are currently seeking for an Assistant Property Manager to lead their Facilities team for the day to day operation, maintenance works for their luxury residential portfolio.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the daily maintenance workand repair work of the portfolio
• Liaison with tenants in all matters related to property management and supervising estate management teams to provide a full range of services of the highest standard
• Manage and provide guidance for a team of building services engineers for project execution.
• Manage the process of technical coordination and contract administrative coordination.
• To prepare related reports, tender documents and follow up the contract administration and progress
• To promote Good Maintenance Practice and Customer Satisfaction

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree or above in Building Services, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent academic qualification;
• Chartered Engineer of any Engineering Council in Building Services, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Disciplines; or
• 8 to 10 years of relevant experiences in residential/ commercial properties
• Knowledge in E&M installation & maintenance work
• Fluent English and Cantonese
