Job Description

Job Descriptions:

 

  • To oversee and monitor the day-to-day management of property portfolio or residential building for the company.
  • Organize meetings and carry out administrative duties for Incorporated Owners
  • Establish and maintain good relationship with tenants
  • Handle emergency incidents, customer inquiries and complaints
  • Monitor the standards of maintenance, security and cleaning services of properties

Requirements:

 

  • Degree holder preferably in Property Management or related disciplines
  • Being member of HKIH/CIH or equivalent qualification is an advantage
  • Min. 5 yrs experience in property management in which at least 2-3 yrs in managerial level
  • Strong in leadership, good presentation & interpersonal skill and able to work under pressure
  • Mature, presentable, independent and excellent communication skills with residents, tenants and public.
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Be computer literate in Ms Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
