Responsibilities

• Responsible for assisting property manager for portfolio management
• To build up and maintain good relationships with clients
• To handle enquiries and complaints from tenants/owners
• To attend meetings of incorporated Owners
• To monitor the performance of on-site staff and contractors  

Requirements

• Diploma or above in Property Management or related disciplines
• At least 3 years ‘relevant working experience
• Experience in commercial and residential property management will be an advantage
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Good communication skills, mature and able to work under pressure
• Knowledge of PC essential
